FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE DANCING BODY

Founded by Odile Rouquet and Hubert Godard, Functional Analysis of the Dancing Body develops a refined perception of movement processes, and an awareness of coordination patterns specific to each individual.

It offers both an aesthetic and functional approach to dance, complementing the usual work of the dancer, teacher and choreographer.

AFCMD

DANCE

One of AFCMD's priorities is to enable dancers to acquire, through enlightened awareness, the plasticity to evolve and adapt throughout their careers, avoiding pathogenic situations and early wear and tear factors.

From initial learning to virtuosity, this vigilance can prevent certain risks linked to inappropriate coordination or extreme physical practice.
